Over the last 6 months we have greatly increased our client bas having now undertaken a number of pharmacy refits for independent pharmacies. To see some examples of finished shops please email info@cprshopfitting.co.uk

We have also successfully completed a number of refits across a variety of sectors to include Co-Op food, Flintshire council, Co-Op funeral care, Unistay group and Morris and Spottiswood.

Emergency response!

Its not the best start to the weekend when you get a phonecall at 8am saying help... our shop has burnt down, but as ever we pride ourselves in responding to emergencies as we know how important it is for you and your customers to resume trading as quickly as possible.

By Saturday evening we had a container fitted out as a temporary dispensary en-route. By Monday we were fitted out, powered up and the temporary shop was ready to re-stock and resume trading.

Our rapid response was greatly appreciated by the client and the customers who could pick up their scripts as usual by Tuesday morning.

Ceilings, floors and windows

We often have enquiries from pharmacies who want to brighten up their shop and dispensary but dont want to go to the expense of a full refit. Often one of the simplest solutions is to install a new suspended ceiling, some new lighting and buff up or replace the floor.

Our ceiling experts have installed enough square meters of ceiling to fill wembly several times over, so in most shops we can fit a top quality ceiling over a weekend or even overnight. New lighting will also help brighten up the shop and disepnsary and can make a world of difference to your workspace.

Another neat trick is to tidy up window beds and the shopfront so as to make your shop moe inviting to passing customers.

Clacton on Sea refit photos

We recently completed a relocation for Rowlands Pharmacy in Clacton on Sea. This was a tricky job as a number of complex building issues arose, however we managed to resolve them and still meet the deadline for opening the pharmacy.  Below are some before, during and after photos.

Below is the space before the refit. The shop had been a nursery, the walls you can see were removed to open up the dispensary. 

The image below was taken during the fit out; this was after the walls had come out. You can see the drawer unit being installed and the system going in. The new ceiling has also gone in.

Consultation Rooms

We are often surprised at how few pharmacies have consultation rooms which are actually accessable and useable. It seems that great opportunities to offer revenue generating services are not being utilised. At £26 per MUR a room could pay for itself in no time.

Our designers try to integrate the consultation room into the heart of the shop which makes it convenient for the pharmacist and patients to access, and thus more likely to be used. With the current trend of pharmacies offering more services to patients maybe it is time to consider installing one and capitalising on another revenue stream. We have just finished another successful full refit on time and on budget in Rhossdu Wrexham and this week have teams in Middlesborough, North Wales and Bristol.

This week....

This week our teams are refitting shops in Ormskirk, Milton Keynes and Clacton on Sea. Last week we finished shops in East Kilbride, Portchester and Wombwell. We will begin to add photos of works in progress and completed jobs shortly.
